Don’t agree at all, it’s very close. NJ is part of the NY market, at least the top half of the state. It’s by definition part of the NYC metro area, and it isn’t like the have a small minority of the metro area population... NJ is so densely population (part of which is being small in area) that people don’t realize…

Yeah, mostly from pure incompetence and bad decisions. But if they could just get things semi-correct, they’d be able to turn the corner to get enough of what they need from the local population.
