It isn’t compression artifacts from lowering down the quality, it’s just film grain. Some people add them onto digital photos on purpose to emulate a film look.

It’s called film grain, it happens naturally when you take photos using film. Although I believe these might be digital photos with grain added. Some people add grain to to emulate a 35mm film look. Either way, it’s happens either naturally or on purpose, it’s not a flaw. Being a “good photographer” has nothing to do
