Ah yes, Gawker, that beacon of goodwill and ethical journalism.

I’ve got a few (distant) friends who are still harping on “no angels” and arguing Fairstein has been treated unfairly and yadda, yadda, the series is biased. Sigh.

I have two episodes left that I am watching tonight. The despair at this injustice, along with being hit with the reality of how often it has happened over the course of history - you’re right, this is a necessary series to watch and it’s incredibly fucking hard to watch.

As a frequent consumer of BBC shows, this is one of my favorite jokes in the whole series.

Jameela Jamil better get a new vehicle that does her as much justice as she deserves.

On the one hand, too bad. On the other hand, good. There’s only so many places the narrative of that show can go while remaining true to the concept without simply treading water. They did a really admirable job of continuing the world building after the season 1 reveal to the point where they’re entering season 4 and

So what's the over/under on when he'll appear on Joe Rogan's show?

That is usually the end state.  Look at Rachel Ray.

Wow. Between this, Anita Hill’s dismissal of his faux-pology, and his AWFUL logo... Creepy Uncle Joe is not off to a good start. (Not that I’m sad about it.)

Exactly. It’s extremely fucking classist. Some parents might not give a shit but imagine being one that can’t afford business casual or whatever the fuck else the school tries to enforce. Parents have enough to worry about when it comes to their kids being bullied and ostracised and judged superficially without being

Depending on the seriousness of the charges, Courts-Martial can also carry prison sentences. More than an inconvenience.

This isn’t about sex. They could watch porn on their computers or phones for that. This is about harassing women who have dared to enter what is considered a male space. This is intimidation and intended to humiliate and bully women.

Yep. There’s also this thing where people can’t stand a functional couple. Just because you haven’t experienced it DOESN’T MEAN IT DOESN’T EXIST.

It’s dumb and incredibly bitter. They are pretty honest about their struggles, which I think most people appreciate. I’d rather read about that than be forcefed some fairytale bullshit about how perfect everything is for them all the time. They are public figures... so, yeah. Sometimes these moments are public. Did

They’re also incredibly open about the fact that couples counseling has been a big part of their relationship since day one, which is refreshing.

i mean, there are an awful lot of bullshitty things happening in the world, this doesn’t quite seem worth the ire.

I may be mistaken, but I believe these two do a decent amount of charity work. I also greatly appreciate his openness about his struggles/anxiety. This is dumb.

Congratulations, your first post on Jezebel without an error.

A nice reminder that no matter how beloved a celebrity is, they’re still all a bunch of idiots.
