I can not look at Evangeline Lilly’s anti semitic and anti vax supporting face. Disney better recast her post quantummania.

Yes. It was a great episode nevertheless, but given how much it had been talked up, the Herogasm itself was nothing we hadn’t seen before.
I’m with you on this one. I thought it was a top-tier episode of The Boys, but after the sex club we’d already seen, and the penis explosion from episode 1, and a bunch more, this just felt like more The Boys.
To each their own. Thought it was absolutely the best episode of the series. Also. The boys has been an incredible breath of fresh air especially on how stale the superhero genre and MCU has been (especially since Endgsme).
Holy shit, Cartman had a Clyde Frog doll on South Park, I thought it was just some generic made up thing.
For old fogies who can remember this, like myself, the scariest episode(s) of Sesame Street were from 1970, when Mississippi’s PBS station committee banned the show from the state network’s inaugural broadcasts period because the show’s integrated cast and neighborhood setting were deemed unsuitable for Mississippi’s…
Hey, my town! My friends and I were discussing this, and the current highest bet among my group is that it’s a tweaker in a stolen fursuit. 4 of them were stolen out of a car a while back, we figured it was only a matter of time before someone got bored/high enough to put it on and run around town.
Stop using common sense! It’s funny how AVClub feels it necessary to slam Louis CK for making a movie when they could simply ignore him and not give him free press.
Tell me Bob, what can he do to repent in your opinion? As far as I know he hasn’t slapped it in front of anyone for a while.
I’m pretty sure his behaviors have changed, and I have no idea what “repentance” means. Do you want public flagellation? You’re never really going to know if some famous person’s “views” changed. I focus on them not doing bad shit anymore.
There’s no evidence that his behavior hasn’t changed, is there? He apologized to the women in 2007 and no one has accused him of similar behavior since then. I work with people getting out of prison. Besides recognizing what they did was wrong and not repeating the behavior, what do we expect of people who have done…
He’s a professional entertainer, and nobody is obliged to be entertained by him. People will be, which is why he currently has a career. Other people won’t be, which is why articles like this one exist.
I will watch it. I like his art. I also completely agree with everyone who won’t for whatever reason they provide. This blow to his career is justified. But I still like his art.
I imagine his behavior has changed, or we would have heard about it.
There’s no answer to that question. Some people will forgive CK, or at least be willing to give him money. Others won’t. He might have a successful career again or he might not. It’s not as if he’s entitled to one.
“CK admitted to, and apologized for, his behavior...”
You get screeners, yes, but that isn’t how the series ends. Just the season. There’s a big, big difference between Breaking Bad season 3 and season 5, after all.
So...I think your tweet was correct. I’m not sure you were watching the same show as everyone else. Or at least, you didn’t see it the same way, certainly. But you start with two very flawed premises here.
“That was really extremely, extremely fucked up". Yeah, he doesn't know what fucked up means. First World Problems are hilarious to me.
Juno didn’t seem androgynous at all, the character basically dressed like most girls I knew at the time
