I’m not a tax lawyer, but if the project is scuttled, all the costs are considered a loss. If it’s brought to market in any way, then it becomes an asset that has value, and that may also trigger a bunch of other contractual obligations with the talent, production members, etc.

As a father of two, had either of my sons been upset by this, it would have been a matter of, “Elmo and the man were just pretending.” That’s all. That would have worked at virtually any age. And it’s not like I’m some genius parent.

Can’t see these companies lasting that long in light of the ZWO SeeStar S50 launch. At 500USD it outshines this with 1000USD to spare! And the S50 works well; I was skeptical but I have had one for just a few days and it has blown me away with what it can do! You have to wonder what ZWO could deliver for 1500USD? 

It’s amazing people seem to forget BYD builds commercial trucks, transit buses and school buses in California, and can expand those facilities to produce passenger vehicles at any given time.
