Clearly Hollywood needs more good guys with guns around to prevent these incidents.  No problem with gun ownership in the US of A!

LOL

This does not seem the least bit interesting.  I’m well over my all-things-Clinton infatuation from the 90's.

Hoping it’s reshoots to get it right.

Agreed - who are any of us to say that someone isn’t entitled to the opportunity to redeem themselves?  I suspect that if there was news that Louis CK had gained success in bagging groceries, many people would be “yes-but”ing that success.

And the comments about being “entitled to success” IMHO are off the mark. He is clearly putting the work in and if he gets success, arguably it will be earned rather than being given to him. I watched the trailer for this movie (I encourage other commenters to do that before passing judgment on the project) and it

This looks like it could be part of a mockumentary about the making of a horror/sci-fi movie....

Oh Jeebus... Ironic that the first thing that went through my mind was “this will be like watching a car crash if I got off on watching car crashes”.

LOL!

Hopefully he and Bob Saget are competing with each other on who can tell the most depraved version of The Aristocrats in the afterlife!

It would be great if the show was as funny as the trailer.

I wonder if part of the reason they held off on the second half was for Julia Garner’s performance in Inventing Anna to draw more eyes back to she and the rest of the cast on Ozark.  I am certainly more interested in revisiting Ozark after watching her in that other role and killing the performance.

Wondering if Rock wrote the joke himself or if there was a comedy writer watching in horror as this unfolded.

No, that smile on Smith’s face is eerily similar to the smile my wife makes when I am teasing her and I am thinking she is finding it humorous.  Next comes the projectile.

Wee Man versus Peter Dinklage!

Watched the first episode last night and it was a tough watch from multiple angles: child actors (their environments, families, agents); Manson’s apparent behaviour - both alleged and proven; and that it came across as more of a testimonial rather than there being some distance from the subject matter in the

I can empathize to the extent that he wrote himself into the opposite of a corner... so many characters and plot lines that it must be brutal for someone as exacting as him to try to tie it all up. I am not sure that at this point there is going to be any satisfactory conclusion to the story - much like The Dark Tower

Agreed - this was such an iconic movie - both for McQueen as an actor but also as an action movie - the car chase became the gold standard.

How much of the re-evaluation is in light of what subsequent Marvel movies have become?  That of course is a biased question because I have gotten sick of the Marvel universe (at least the Avengers Marvel universe).

I’m just glad for the return of Justified... I’d like to say it would be hard to screw up the material in a way that would even tarnish Olyphant’s performance but considering how the past few years have been going...
