I’m all for the satire aspects and the message of the show, but the violence, gore, and sex not to mention the general nihilism go beyond my tolerance thresholds. And I’m no prude. I loved Transformers: The Movie. A film in which several Autobots died in VERY graphic ways.

Based on the number of paranoid wack-a-doos in my neighborhood, I see this definitely being adopted.  One house I pass by when walking my dog says in a very loud automated voice “YOU ARE BEING RECORDED” and I’m on the opposite side of the street.  It is so weird, this paranoid, fear-based right-wing bubble so many

But none of this explains what the hell the Susan Twist character exists at all.”

It’s almost like Adobe looked at Comcast and said “that’s a great idea”.

I too am concerned about Canva purchasing Affinity as it has long been my go-to for replacing Adobe.

the finale will wrap things up with a bow that doesn’t make any sense, the villain will be dispatched bizarrely easily given the buildup, and you’ll sorta be left wondering why any of this happened- the villain’s goals, plot, and actions will, in retrospect, make absolutely no sense, and the entire thing will

Ha!  Where I lived it aired on Saturday, but yes, hilarious take.

Since Apple has built a big part of it’s reputation on privacy, they have a lot of incentive to ensure that it works.  As a user of their products I would consider alternatives if their products do not maintain the privacy core to their brand.

Donald Trump?

I read somewhere that the powers-that-be were uncomfortable with the first two seasons featuring religion and the occupation so the writers were told to pivot away from that.  Which is a shame.  I’d love to see a DS9 in which the Dominion War never happened.

I third that sentiment.  Which is why I never get people saying it is their favorite Trek show.  Before Discovery it was the least “Trek” Trek show.
