Nissan loves putting speakers under the seats. My Xterra with the optional Rockford Fosgate system has an 8" sub under the drivers seat in a small plastic enclosure. You can’t really hear it, but it definitely shakes the sensitive bits when you’re in the seat.

Again, I run a Front Runner because they make every optional accessory I could ever want for my rack and they actually make one designed for my truck.
There are plenty of custom builders, but none I’ve seen that match the engineering of the Gobi and Front Runner racks. I have the Front Runner on my truck and it’s the Erector Set of racks, you can attach anything basically anywhere with 8mm bolts and I didn’t have to wait 6-8 months to get it.
