It’s just that the Tillerson anger suddenly comes out of nowhere (he left office 9 months ago) at the exact moment he’s lashing out at all the underlings who have betrayed him; and, of course, all the reports that are expected to come out today.

Tillerson, I think, is a smart enough person to know how to skirt legality without falling into the trap of actually doing something illegal. He’ll let people take the fall for him, have layers of fall-guys, and come away looking scummy as all hell but unscathed.

When the former CEO of Exxon tells you “I can’t do that because it’s against the law”... It just speaks volumes.
