I didn’t know Buddhism and meditation were female dominated. Did we just read the same article? What does this have to do with yoga or female dominated spaces? This guy founded all these groups and there was never anything gender specific about them.
Really? Because I barely ever see styrofoam anymore and have definately noticed that it has been decreasing in use. Most restaurants around me serve takeout food in paper cartons, or more-recyclable plastic containers. The burger I got at the airport last night was served in compostable “egg crate” style paperboard…
note: i certainly understand that those with disabilities may need plastic straws, and i think that restaurants, etc., should have some on standby for those individuals. even reducing the number of plastic straws is a good start!
