What I got out of it was that they not only want their kids to not think outside of the box they define for their children, but they also don't want kids to know how anything works.

Unless they changed something from the original Sonic CD, it's not 3D backgrounds. They put a lot of attention into the details of the backgrounds for the game.

Yeah, SSD does use more power oddly. I thought it would use less power because it doesn't have to spin a disk, but because they don't have power efficient models and the whole drive is on or off it uses a bit more power.

Yeah, my bad. I was typing a bit fast. But I wouldn't say it needs something as big as a 512 GB, but probably 512GB would be more than adequate. Consumer price is about $400 at best, meaning they could get them cheaper as a manufacturer that's ordering in large bulk amounts.
