Yeah, this is a deal where you want the seller to direct you to the well-respected, long established shop that did the install, and all the people there are on a first-name basis with the seller, and he’s owned Porsches forever and had them all serviced there, and oh yeah the seller is like 70 years old.

Interior bits in exterior color works with some colors (Miami Blue, for example), but I agree that red is just too damn much.

And it’s not just your particular local experience; hail reports are off the fucking charts this year.

It’s been sitting and needs a brake overhaul? Folks, that’s not just pads, rotors, and fluid.

Now playing

Well, consider how many people are morons.

I would not be surprised at all to see 4Runner turn into a Jeep/Bronco competitor, complete with removable top.

I read this as “with the 5th under the seat”, as in “four on the floor and a fifth under the seat”.

Virginia. Much of West Virginia, you can do whatever you want within reason, just slow down for the small towns (Summersville, I am looking at you).

Well stated. If Texas were a nation, it would be in the top 50 in population, and the top 75-ish in land area. It’s a big fucking place, with some densely populated areas to boot. And it would be #8 in GDP, so damn near everyone can afford a car and has one. I would be shocked if Texas didn’t have an automotive death

You can bet one or both pilots needed a change of underwear.

Yep, I would have delivered an ass whoopin’ “in an expeditious, fair and efficient manner.”

Not only is he not putting out that EV fire, neither is the fire department.

Doesn’t want something tall, so I was actually thinking a Maverick. Both drivetrain choices are fun to drive, the interior on those seems fairly dog-friendly; they mentioned fuel economy and the hybrid nails that to the fucking wall.

As a responsible gun owner, the irresponsible ones really piss me off.  Seriously, fuck those people.

Haha, I had a Pony 4 speed.  I beat the shit outta that car, and it always took it. And I regularly saw 40 mpg on the highway.

I had a 86 Pony 4 speed. I threw that thing around the West Virginia backroads. It was no Civic (I also had an 86 Civic), but it wasn’t a wallowing land yacht either.

It’s still a poor investment compared to just sticking the money in an index fund.

I am aware of both the horrors of the Texas juvenile system and the statistics on recidivism. But at least 39 felonies that, you know, require a little more effort than selling dope (where 39 felonies is like a week of doing business) seems like it would be an outlier, for sure; dude’s give-a-fuck circuit seems quite

I have to wonder, how reformable is a 14 year old with at least 39 felonies under their belt?

Yep. Localized amounts of 6" of rain in the Philly area with flash flooding. I guess Adam thought he had a real “gotcha” moment there.
