I got a switch lite just recently. I don’t own a TV so the full price model just wasnt worth it. Aside from the fact that I pick it up upside down every time, I’m quite happy with the Switch.

While I mostly do agree, the meltan thing you’re wrong about. Pokemon Lets Go will connect to Pokemon Home. Its likely we can transfer it that way. Additionally, Gigantamax models for Meltan and its evolution are in Sword / Shield. Everything suggests it’ll be in these games. Whether or not it actually shows up is…

Gen 5 also introduced the feature allowing pokemon battles over the internet. And hidden abilities, which made ‘bad’ pokemon like Ditto and Sableye extremely dangerous. And TMs that don’t break.
