A really weird version of this challenge is to wait for event legendaries. Start a new game, get your Arceus or Deoxys or whatever, and only use it.

Top tip: In every ES game, one race tends to be the most powerful for the setting by far, often not on purpose. In Skyrim, its Khajiit. A khajiit thief character is so powerful that it’ll feel next to pointless to do anything else.

Interesting. My biggest criticism is I simply don’t like the way the thing looks. But ive never let the physical apperance of a system be a deciding factor (although if there’s a prettier one which is otherwise identical, i’ll take that.)

Im going to play Illusion of Gaia. Its one of those games that ive played a lot, but never beat. It’s odd... I can’t recall why I never have beaten it, but I get this strange feeling that its going to become very obvious at some point.

How to make a successful reboot:

Maybe it wouldnt be such a problem if they didn’t simply structure around playing this one map 100% of the time. Its a path that acn only be won in a limited number of ways, and any loss in that regard means a larger loss is inevitable. There’s no room for adaptation

It’s like Chrono Trigger. Any combination is useful you just have to know how to use it. If you use Frog, Robo and Crono you’ll do a ton of damage and take risks. You want frog at low HP to use Frog Squash, and Robos techs will take a lot of MP to use, so you’ll be constantly at the edge.

Its some joke that any time Jason talks about a game being delayed, it causes the game to be delayed.

Im playing Chrono Trigger again, on the DS. The new content they added for this version is really... poorly made. Actually I see this a lot with square enix. They take the tile sets and all, and cobble them together but in a way that is completely contrary to how the game works normally.

Pokemon Sun and Moon. If there are any other games coming out this year, they don’t matter. When a new generation of Pokemon games comes out, all the games that come out near it are terrible because no competent company would attempt to compete with the second most profitable video game franchise of all time. Except…

That doesnt make it okay for them to release such a bad product.
