It’s a CLASSIC redpill-type attempt at discrediting Western feminism. I’m reading a website filled with celebrity gossip and sex and fashion in a country where the president is a rapist. It’s not clear where you’re writing from, but it’s pretty likely that it’s a lousy place to be a woman as well. Middle Eastern women are capable of navigating these choices themselves, just as we are. 

But what those women wear behind closed doors in the company of other women would blow your fucking mind if you think their public garb is representative of their whole wardrobe.

But they can and do wear those fashions. Not in all circumstances, but they’re still consumers of almost everything you’d see advertised.

Fashion mags are glorified catalogs. And Saudi is a huge luxury goods market.

I don’t even know much about Arab culture or fashion, but I know that I have seen plenty of muslim women decked out head to toe in what are clearly very nice fabrics, carrying $20,000 purses.
