Their bot detection system is top-notch. If he was botting, and wasn't banned, then trust me, he was lucky as hell.

Runescape, and EoC, have actually significantly helped the game get rid of the severe bot issues. Gold farmers still exist, but they at least did away with, I'd say, 99% of bots. And the bots that are there are banned same-HOUR, so it's completely worthless trying to bot.

February/March are bringing some really incredible titles. Yes, half of them are ports, but those ports are really awesome PC games, I.e. Outlast.

Depends on the product, but for the most part, for the cost, I've had success with their products.
