Depends on your definition of "downgrade". I enjoy the idea of a phone assembled in the USA, so I plan to vote with my wallet in support of this. I'm more than willing to pay and extra $100 on a phone made in the USA if it means more jobs and a better economy.

I believe you misunderstood what I meant; I'm already on the Jump plan. However if you read the fine print, you aren't able to switch your device to a new phone until 6 months after you initiate the Jump plan and add it to your account.
