Not even for the greater good; as cool as that would be, it just wouldn't work quite that way (being corralled into homes for 2 weeks), and in all honesty, would extend far beyond 2 weeks. A war isn't fought in a day, and the Mexican cartel are arguably far more of a danger to us than Al Qaeda would ever hope to be,

I'd like to point out to all of the folks that have NO idea what they are talking about, that this is a .380 auto, not a .22 cal.

Not a bad idea, but I still don't like the idea of handing over our guns, not in any light. Who knows? Maybe it would work. But I don't want to hand over my guns, even for a second.

This just in, we're receiving.....yes.....we're receiving reports that the Canadian government has now made it ILLEGAL to watch hockey while flying. More at 11. Back to you, Tom.

God bless you, sir.

I fully agree with everything you said, except for going door-to-door and taking guns, UNLESS they have known gang affiliation. Let's not go crazy here and go door to door on honest, gun-toting, LAW ABIDING citizens.

I think it's definitely cultural, regarding Japan.

The crucial piece of information that you're missing out on is the Mexican cartel's role in this. Many of these illegal firearms actually come from gun runners within the cartel. Let's face it, the bulk of gun murders in this country is not in massacres performed by citizens, but rather gang violence, and defense

Pray tell, how many mass murders have been commited with a zip gun? Or murders in general, for that matter?

That's exactly right as well. A clean bore is crucial for the stability, trajectory, and velocity of the cartridge. Which, this is not a clean bore lol.

Okay, sure, let's take the second amendment at face value, if you wish.

Did I, at any point, state that Operation Northwoods was actually executed? May I suggest a few reading classes? I'm simply pointing out the fact that our government has, and presumably will in the future at least CONSIDER the idea of murdering their own people for their own benefit.

First off, my condolences for your loss. I can only imagine how terrifying that must have been for you and your family, and the uphill struggle you now face. Peace be with you.

No, you're totally right, there is a problem with gun violence in this country. I completely agree.

Actually, as much as I hate to admit it because of how pro-gun I truly am, there is a law that states that you are not allowed to distribute plans/blueprints of firearms without a permit from the ATF. The law basically says "Yeah, you can make guns to your heart's content, own them, fire them, all even without a

You're exactly right; I'm willing to bet that the steel firing pin, paired with the brass/steel of the shell casing would exceed 6 ounces, which is enough to set off an alarm, even if there wasn't a 6 oz core on the firearm itself, as required by law.

Well that's the thing; because this barrel is made of plastic, there is no way to "learn" it's trajectory pattern, because there is no pattern. Having to change the barrel with every shot would also change it's velocity, trajectory, etc. I couldn't see one being able to fire this thing any further than, say, 20-30

You and me both, man. I can find just about any type of ammo. The only ammo I cannot find though is .22 lr, even through all of my sources. I did manage to find a seller of a box of Federal .22lr, box of 500, for $200....obviously, they didn't get my money.

It's an incredibly ineffective form of firearm. People have been making them for years, called zip guns. This article is just pure fear mongering.

Wrong, .380 auto, the maker of the gun said so in an interview, as did DEFCAD before the article was taken down.
