My husband and I tried the 5:2 diet a couple of years ago and just HATED IT IN THE FACE. This is only tangentially relevant, but the best roast duck in this town is found at Good Taste Noodle House - either downtown or the one on SE 82nd. They roast them whole and hang them in a heated thingy in the front of the store. Pure Spice on Division also does that but I haven’t tried theirs. Also Good Taste
