I appreciate the advice! I don't have trouble with all yeast doughs, I can pull off cinnamon buns and pretzels, but pizza dough and bread have eluded me perhaps as a result of a psychological block...I know it's not the ingredients since the Mister successfully pulls them off. I will keep trying at it!
