Oh George, you summed up how I feel about voting perfectly. What a snazzy fellow he was.

Yes! More mediocrity and banality!
As someone who enjoyed Lost Planet 2—well, the bits solely with the Akrid to be specific—I got really excited. Then I saw who was developing....ugh. Fuck you, Capcom.
Oh look, humans being human. What a surprise. I've been watching/listening to a lot of Bill Hicks lately, so here's a lovely quote from him:
There's a very simple reason for such articles: views. It's a volatile subject, and as such it'll get clicks—people just need to get angry about something and chime in with their disgust. It doesn't matter if games aren't an important factor in the slightest.
I'd love a game adaption of the Road. I've yet to play something that has left me depressed, or affected me at all for that matter. It's one of the reasons why I'm caring less and less about the industry.
I have no hope for our species. The experiment failed. We need to start over.
There we are.
This screams Frequency and Amplitude—except for my favorite bits of those games (especially the first): the awesome electronica and the ability to remix songs.
Did you miss the numerous times I specifically cited the writing in Skyrim to be objectively bad? You mustn't read much at all—you're obviously terrible at it. I suppose this contributes to the issue greatly.
If you think there aren't qualities in writing that are objectively bad...then I'm not surprised at all. Who cares about the technical workings of a piece of fiction as long as it's fun? Yes. That was sarcasm.
How do the games I play figure into Skyrim's formulaic quests, and sub-par writing?
"the guild quests are all great and unique , and the main story is solid."
I've read the book(and enjoyed it), but I've yet to see the film. I'll look into ordering it from Amazon or something.
The Imperial Gunner's theme song. At least I think so—it instantly popped into my head when I saw the packaging.
I'm not a fan of Angry Birds, but I loathe corporate shills that pose as musicians. So this pleases me.
So essentially, their check-list during development consisted of only "make a game".
Going to complete Claire's B scenario in Resident Evil 2, and then I'm moving on to Resident Evil 3.
Yep. I have absolutely no hope for ED2 if Silicon Knights is developing.
