I assume there’s no LOLZ likes for giving money to the Innocence Project or Doctors Without Borders. What a world.

I just imagine some kid who is scrimping and saving to get by, getting the bus to work, getting treated like shit in some dead end job - opening TikTok and seeing this. No wonder people feel violently fucked by the world in general.

This meme is particularly close to the bone today

Yes but after they switched the batteries out on them. Two doors down my neighbour bought a ‘used’ one with 1,100 miles on it for $3600 9 years ago.

Specifically the 4xe. They have got better - but there was an intermittent issue where the car wouldn’t shut off and it drained the battery, and the reverse, it wouldn’t acknowledge you had turned it on so wouldn’t use the batteries. I just looked at Jeep forums and they’re all hammering it. And Jeep people are

You’re right - I read the used EV tax credit rules by mistake.

It’s more the other end if you earn too much you don’t qualify. If you make 75k+ you don’t qualify.

Go on any forum asking if they’re reliable. They are very much not.

My desk neighbour just leased a Lexus RZ EV. For $399 a month $2000 down. It is limited to 7500 miles a year but she just commutes in it no long road trips.

True - I don’t generally count the tax credit as most people don’t qualify for the whole amount.

It is a compelling alternative if price isn’t a factor. A $69,000 Volvo or a Tesla 3 Performance for $54k.

Exactly. I find it amazing people are allowed on the plane with babies. If a baby fills it’s pants everyone gets a dose. Airlines are damned if they do, damned if they don’t.

Likely someone from the higher ups said we’ll get annihilated on socials because of this.

If the Lambo Urus looked more like this people would be frothing at the mouth for it.

Nah, if you did the pull to clean the windscreen it wouldn’t turn the lights on, only when they are on at a steady cadence due to rain.

I, for one, am amazed this wasn’t Florida.

I’ve personally seen 8 really bad crashes from people running red lights. I’d put cameras on all lights. And I’d nail the shit out of people who hide their plate with covers/shades/acid wash them.

My friend works for Lexus. They did multiple focus groups and old people think they’ll burn out the light bulbs in their cars with auto lights on. Or when going into their garage they think turning the lights on for a few seconds then off again will damage them.

Or wipers on = lights on.

The government would fuck it up. But I’d like to see people tested online every 5 years to renew their licence.
