Plenty of people, stop being a dick and look outside once in a while.

We’re all paying for SpaceX - $15.3 B in government contracts so far equates to $12 per person per year.

Fun fact. Good to know!

Didn’t you know all homeless people are violent crazed individuals that want nothing but the blood of the housed?

“If you lived here you’d be home by now”

Took me a second there...

It’s good. But a similar system has been used in the UK for 3 years now.

Extendo Cord!

Ah cool. Expensive but not as expensive as I thought.

Good point, if it could be done why not all trailers for all vehicles. Take the strain off the engine of a car/truck and save MPGs.

True. The additional weight has a lot of downsides.

Not sure what you mean, it’s not to feed the pulling vehicle with power, it’s to power itself. In theory the truck is moving itself on it’s own battery and the trailer pushes it’s own weight.

Oh nice. That seems a lot more expensive (much bigger battery requirement) than a camping trailer. But then again I assume everyone wants a 5 bedroom 4 bedroom camper with 9 TVs to “enjoy the outdoors”

Call me an idiot if you want, but wouldn’t it make sense for the trailers to have a big battery pack in them that aids the momentum?

It will be on eBay. Some geezer will have half-inched it during the salvage journey.

Japanese soldier Hiroo Onoda remained in the jungle on Lubang Island near Luzon, in the Philippines, until 1974 because he did not believe that the second world war had ended.

He was on Men & Motors TV channel for a while before Top Gear but not in print I accept that.

I’d love to know if an engineer wants to put everything on a screen or if they’re told to by the bean counters as buttons and physical controls are expensive.

German cars being well built is a fallacy from 70s and 80s that hasn’t been true since. The interiors are well built but they are flimsy and built to a price under the hood. Go to Northern Africa or remote Middle East and it is all Toyotas now.

I’d be fine with that. If they were brave they could do an episode with three new ‘hosts’ each time. Do a season and see which one works best.
