I just Autotempest-d GR Cor andn CTR’s they are at MSRP in some areas now. I even saw a GR Cor at $1000 under MSRP.

I was about to call BS on that - but did a search and can see 10-15 on Autotempest in the North East.

I’ve always thought having a 30 yr mortgage and you make as many principle payments as you can (when you have good cash flow) is the move. A 15'r doesn’t give (as much) much wiggle room.

My favourite Ramsey-ism is you shouldn’t buy to let unless you buy the place outright. That might work in Oklahoma (or if you make a ton of money giving mediocre financial advice to idiots)... but for most places buying a house outright is not viable.
