All I see is the Mitsubishi L200 and a load of old Subarus in the country. The NE anyway.

I mean the best conservation would be driving on roads not nature, wouldn’t it?

The series with about 12 presenters was absurd. Chris Evans ego maniac leaving was more than welcome.

It depends what you want from a car show. I thought it strayed further and further from a show about cars, to a dick about with cars. Which was fine now and again but I did actually want to see cars reviewed.

Flintoof”

A normal bike isn’t a Cervelo Soloist, that’s a $3,000 bike...

Yes I have.

I’m sure the price will come down eventually.

I’m not inferring anything about fat people. I’m just a little peeved that it took ebikes for people to realise cycling is good for them and they’re not getting the full benefit. And mainly my point is bikes should be a super cheap way of getting around.

Agreed, having cycled through chunks of Europe, France and Italy people would pull up ahead and hand me water or a small snack. On cold days people would ask if I needed a lift. Couldn’t be more different in the US.

Yep, don’t disagree. On the last part... I’m not sure what a huksy ass is. Not willing to Google!

True, I’d forgotten about the sweat aspect.

Probably needed one of those baby on board window things, then apparently you’d be totally safe.

I’d like to see cameras on all intersections. The number of crashes from people pushing through a red light on any of those YouTube dashcam videos is ridiculous. A red light is definitive. Catching someone doing 27 in a 25 seems arbitrary.

A speed bump would better slow cars down but doesn’t generate revenue.”

I’m pretty amazed it wasn’t mandatory years ago. Considering how many people crash, how many people don’t take driving as a privilege.

Just have to lobby your local government to put in better infrastructure (not just paint) or get so many lights and high-viz gear that you’re safer.

If only most people knew a normal bike costs peanuts and you also get some (more) health benefits from it.

Nah, I don’t like them, they’re just advertising you’re proud of being lazy.

They tried this about 4-5 years ago with Toyota and all the dealerships lost their mind so they backed off. I assume they want to make the buying process as easy as possible, and from what I hear about Hyundai/KIA dealers avoiding them in person will be a bonus.
