HOA rules and regulations are a law upon themselves. It’s take it or leave it situation, as they don’t have to do anything. Despite me pointing out it will raise the value of the building and be a tax deduction.

Apartment dweller here. The HOA wants to charge me $3,100 to install a charging station, then a non-negotiable $225 a month to cover electricity usage.

Being from England, a Golf is the average sized car and for 99% of all occasions it’s enough space. I don’t understand why in the US having one kid people switch from e.g. a Golf to a 7 seater SUV. It’s stupid.
