Americans barely follow simple rules - a STOP sign would appear to be fairly straight forward and without nuance, but people can’t yield at the appropriate time, and can’t work who’s turn it is. Roundabouts without making everyone re-do their test would be a disaster. Also America doesn’t spend money on infrastructure

Very true, I don’t qualify for medical assistance for my daughter as I earn about $850 too much a year. As such the medical costs cost me $1600 so I lose out overall. There’s no good way to do it other than cap the max payout.
