Hmm I’ve eaten a lot of Korean food but not many on that list. Its too bad most restaurants where I’ve lived only do bbq or a small selection of dishes.

This made me chuckle.

Going by recent edicts from Subway that have made the press, I’d be entirely unsurprised if they required franchisees to put a solid block of fat with the ‘patty’ in the middle straight into the toaster to let it flash fry as the equipment bursts into flame.

I am far more likely to have heavy cream (and sour cream) in my fridge than milk. It keeps longer. Halved with water it can sub for whole milk, and it’s so good. Plus there’s always dry non-fat milk.
