There was something out when I was seven-ish, that had a bit of a fizz to them, crisp shell, chewy bit in the middle. Loved the things but can never remember the name. Keep expecting to chance upon an old comic advert, but it eludes me.

Jailhouse Mike has the name - Brannigan’s. They had/have an excellent kick to them. Haven’t seen them in an age.

When I can get them, I prefer Golden Wonder (same firm these days) which have a bit more zing. And that firm that did the beef and mustard that made your ears pop.

I can relate to that. Years back I tried a chili beer which was deadly and wondered what kind of repeat business the brewer was seeking. Having said that, Coles do a chili ale that is an excellent drink. in moderation at least.

It varies in size and position and at the most extreme blanks the whole page. Another commentator told me they get adverts in that space, but it just shows as void here. Pain in the proverbial.
