If you take the doors off, you don’t need to worry about windows and locks.
Those are “Sport S” models with hardtops; not base models. The F-150 might have more “truck” capabilities, but you can’t take the F-150 to the same places off-road that you can take the Gladiator... You’re giving up one thing to get another.
It’s funny you bring up side-by-sides and UTVs...
That’s fine. That’s not who this vehicle is made for.
And that’s okay. The Gladiator’s ruler/benchmark isn’t (nor should it be) the run-of-the-mill mid-sizer. It should only be compared to other off-road-focused vehicles.
I’d argue that with the Gladiator, you’re choosing better off-road capabilities and Jeep-like features (removable doors, roof, etc.) for some interior niceties at a given price point. You can certainly add those nice things to the Gladiator, you just have to pay for them also...
And I’d ask them the same thing I asked you; what was racist about anything I said?
You can most certainly age without those things - it’s been done numerous times already and will continue to be done for much, much longer.
Maybe they do, but that does not make them correct.
All Gladiators are 4wd.
Then why are we talking about MSRP on the Jeep? It either matters or it doesn’t - it can’t be both ways...
If he got anything other than a crew cab with the FX4 package, then he wasn’t even close to being “similarly equipped,” and you’re not going to buy that truck new for $27K.
No. If you want vehicles that are comparably equipped to the base model Gladiator, you’re going to spend just as much if not more no matter which brand you choose.
But your Ridgeline cannot go to the same places that the Gladiator can. They are NOT the same vehicle in any regard.
You’ve also got a truck with 4WD, improved off-road capabilities & features, and a crew cab...
Mid-sized trucks with any sort of off-road prowess are not less expensive:
You can’t compare a base-model Colorado with a base-model Gladiator in terms of off-road capability though. The ZR2 starts at $41,400 - That’s what you need to compare to the Gladiator...
Racist? What did I say that was in any way related to race?!?
