No way. You’re grossly over-estimating the significance of insurance. You can go an get any care you wish at anytime you wish. You MAY have to pay for some of it out of pocket. Typically, disputes arise from the COST of the service itself (Hospital, you billed us $50 for a $10 pill. We’ll pay $10; we’re not paying you

So, you’d prefer a system where some bureaucrat who doesn’t really know you gets to decide whether you’re worth spending money on or whether you should just be left to die/deal with whatever you’re dealing with? No thanks...

Tip rates should be inversely related to the total of the bill. Period.

FACT: E. Coli cannot be transmitted “second-hand.” Let your food eat your lettuce for you and never worry about E. Coli from lettuce ever again.

Just remember kids; if you wouldn’t do it in a Chrysler 200, don’t do it in a Tesla!

PRECISELY!

If the driver going slower did nothing more than stay to the right at all times and look in their mirror before passing anyone else, as they would have to in Germany, for instance, there would be no issues with speed differentials.

I think your whole premise of a solution is flawed. I’d much rather give everyone a gun and teach them how to use it so that bad guys were deterred from ever using theirs.

Fine, technically, this is a “Trademark” dispute, but “Trademark” and “copyright” are used almost interchangeably.

Yes.

No, it’s not.

I think we need higher standards to getting a license, but that’s another discussion...

The original Cannonball didn’t have that, but regardless, your premise is faulty:

You’ve just proved my point.

Sure have - ever heard about a thing called the Autobahn?

THAT’S THE POINT! Drivers should be more engaged on the road. To use your analogy, EVERYONE should be participating in the race! Slowing people down but still allowing/encouraging them to check out is NOT the right way to make everyone safer.

That’s the point. No one was hurt. Well-trained drivers in capable vehicles can travel at high speeds very safely.

Not to mention that in many, many parts of this country, you can legally register and drive UTVs/ATVs on the road...

Due to the way that copyrights (and most other “rights” work), if you do NOT defend them, you basically waive them.

How do you feel about “climate change”?
