7% is fucking low, dude... It hasn’t been this low in a generation. Just 5 years ago, it was nearly double where it is now! There are a LOT of jobs available right now.

Good catch on the “your”. It’s past the window to correct that now, however. My error will live on for [Jalopnik’s/Kinja’s] infinity...

Also, it seems you failed to understand that rhetorical structure of the comment? The poster came in, “threw poo”, and left. It’s ineffective and proves nothing. The “echo” of that is

“Objectively untrue?” No way... Everyday you make thousands of choices. You choose to get up. To wear the blue shirt instead of the red one. To have the black coffee instead of the latte. To go to work. To roll the stop sign. To park in the spot at the end of the lot. To go through the side door instead of the front.

A “victim” (in this sense) blames others for THEIR choices and maintains their prior behaviors.

You’re a fucking sad-sack with a victim-hood complex; you’re life is likely very hollow and you’re not motivated to change that. I feel bad for you.

They’re are NOT being exploited. They are willingly taking and KEEPING these jobs. It’s the dissatisfied employee who is at fault.

If drivers quit driving for Uber/Lyft, they would quit “doing that much business...” But they aren’t. Uber/Lyft isn’t having trouble finding/keeping drivers.

Not at all. That most certainly can and does happen. BUT, those employees have a choice. They can leave and find work elsewhere - especially now!

Same. I’m eager to see what the TRX becomes...

So true. Higher-education proves only that you can learn somethings from a book well enough to pass a test. It is no measure of overall aptitude, intelligence, or common sense, nor is it a replacement for life experiences and hands-on exposure.

This. I’d rather have the Power Wagon than the Gladiator.

They’re tracking MOPAR ACCESSORIES ONLY. Most people do not buy their accessories from the dealer/Mopar (mostly because the dealer charges WAY TOO MUCH for the Mopar stuff because they have a better commission agreement with the local aftermarket shop).

Everyone has a choice. Always. We have got to quit acting like everyone in this country is a victim and start realizing that they are consenting adults who are making poor choices...

Math would disagree.

Self-satisfying humor is the best humor, IMO. My wife might disagree though...

I totally heard it as “THIRTEEn” million. Anyone who heard “30" should have know that wasn’t correct when they asked for another 500K. You don’t start at 30M and bump it up to 30.5 on your own...

Dear God, no! No more “subscriptions” or leases! I am tired of not actually owning anything anymore...

Because when you go to the next “station” to “fill up” again you’ll get a new one?

My mistake! I tend to assume most people are serious all the time, so it’s on me. Now that I know the intent, it is indeed a funny thought; someone in Florida has almost certainly tried this or something similar.

Uh, yeah - these aren’t domestic. You’re not gonna be able to get up anywhere near them with a hammer, and if you somehow did, they’d tear you up. The corn will just convince them to try again when you’re not around...
