When I was in my jail (not NY, PA) I was so grateful that pads and tampons were free. I stayed up until 4 am last night watching and muffled my sobs into a pillow for the last hour and a half of that. My eyes are damn near swollen shut today. The scene with Taystee on the floor next to her GUTTED me.

Her laying down on the floor beside Poussey got me.....her screams, her instinct in knowing she was gone. It was so, so hard to watch.

I think it’s interesting that a) she did not have any cell phone (and hence a camera) with her and b) if she did there’s not one minute of her story captured anywhere on video or plain ol’ pictures during this entire 12 hour “ordeal”.

I just tend to not believe anti-wolf propaganda. It’s my understanding that there are little to no documented wolf attacks on humans. If anything, I would believe that this wolf was trying to get at the dog.

I call bullshit. I am a Colorado Native, same thing as a Canadian, but with weed. No wolf would stalk a human for 12 hours. The wolf could get the easier prey, a lot faster.

Did she have some, um, “special” mushrooms? A wolf that looks old and weak, yet was able to stalk for 12 hours and so many miles, a wolf that knew to lead her away from the highway and separate her and the dog, and a mama bear that heard the more smaller and stealthy wolf, but not the human crashing around and her…
