Hold up! Someone doesn't own Portal?

Fuck, I'm just glad that I've stopped getting web redirects on my iOS devices to the Candy Crush game on the AppStore. There was a period where I couldn't open the damned web browser on my devices without hitting a site that had background advertising feeds that triggered the redirect. And, no, it's not a virus or an

I expect an angry mob will descend on me for even speculating this: but how do we know that this isn't just dumb banter between friends? Does the fact she's a game developer really matter to the conversation beyond the topic being discussed (well, the topic behind all the crude remarks)? This was posted by a friend of

I think it's a pretty ridiculous assertion to make (especially from someone commenting on a gaming website) that gaming can't be a fulfilling hobby and leads to an empty life. The problem you're talking about is not caused by gaming. Over investment in an activity can be detrimental regardless of what the activity is.

Seriously, Brits, how could you allow this to happen? All that hectoring about American prudishness, and you let wizened politicians turn protecting the kiddies into an I-Win button.

You're not the only one.

Am I the only guy who hates people like this? It's like telling people "I didn't like your vision for a game franchise, here's how you vision should have been." They made the game how they wanted it because it was their story, you rewriting their story is nothing more than a dick move in my opinion. If you make a

Am I the only one who didn't have a problem with the ending?

In this story: guy makes a game, doesn't let anyone play it. Pretends it's a statement.

Sounds like a waste of time to me. I know he considers himself an artist so he is trying to convey some kind of message but there are already literally thousands of games that have only been played by small groups of people. Games that get far into the development cycle or are extremely simple, then get scrapped.

That little purple animal couldn't be in HER arms now could it? No, that would be too easy...

Given how bad the prose is, I can't fathom how they were published in the first place

i dont know why but i kept reading it. so i guess i only have myself to blame. whats funny is that i finished the first book and thought," that wasnt totally awful. it was actually maybe ok. maybe the other books get better." its that way with tv shows somtimes. the first season sucks but after awile, it gets good.

So instead of a patch they make us re-download the whole game... at least they did something.

Well that is retarded, the people who bought this on Steam legally can't play offline while the people who pirated it can play offline in a few days as soon as it gets cracked. Way to treat your actual customers like pirates Konami.

I think I have this figured out, it all makes sense now. Lois Lane rejected him for good and Superman turned into the ultimate emo, flying around the universe and badmouthing her home planet at every opportunity, he would be a cutter but not even Superman can cut Superman.

I like the passage "see, these 'primitive' species don't cry when a love one dies" just before "they see themselves as part of a whole, nothing dies" so of course if nothing dies there would be no need for mourning. This is followed by "everything is alive, there is no pushing and shoving, no competition" which I take

I wasn't aware clothes ripped off so easily! How come I've never seen any girls cooking magically lose all of their clothes and had to cover themselves with assorted foods?
