I agree.  It's why i have no qualms about modding a game to make it fun by giving myself a few "cheats".  And why not?  Not everyone's idea of fun is the same.

What bothers me most is the disregard gaming companies seem to take for their staff. These people are artists, do you honestly expect harassing your artists and abusing them is going to produce good work?

It’s probably due in large part to cultural indoctrination.  There’s some things about Japan I don’t like either but, I don’t write off all of Japan for it.  Which is what he seems to be doing, it’s sad but I understand.  It’s difficult to rise above your programming.
