People keep moving the cutoff date for millenials forward because it’s convenient to lump all young people in together under one label, and because the stereotype starts to fall apart when you realize at least half of actual millenials are in their 30's now.

I read this whole post and it makes me so happy to be old (mid 40s) and not know who any of these people are, or care. Well written, though.
