You’re right, I realized my error not long after posting it. I forgot the PS3’s architecture was really complex (to a fault, really) and was a lot harder to develop for then the relatively PC like Xbox 360.

You’re right, I completely forgot about how ridiculously hard the PS3 was to develop for due to the cell processor. My mistake.
I dunno, the Xbox One emulates an Xbox 360 flawlessly with its backwards compatibility.
Its weird, I’m not a souls fan. I’ve played Dark Souls 1 and 2 and I didn’t really like them. But on a whim I got Bloodborne and I love. In a year of great open world RPG’s like Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3, no other game had quite the style or personality this game did. Bloodborne is probably my favorite game of the…
I literally just found this like an hour ago. Weird.
True, though it is at least structured in such a way that one can navigate it well. That being said it would be nice if in both ME/DA and Fallout’s case if they provided an option where hovering over the options will display the text you’re about to actually say. Its in there since any major game with its salt has…
My biggest complaint too. Its like an awkward version of Bioware’s conversation wheel. Except where that one sometimes makes you say things you didn’t mean, this one regularly does.
That’s my thinking. Yeah, the engine is clunky and buggy, but I’m enjoying Fallout 4 way too much to let that shit bother me. If I see a bug I kind of chuckle and move on. It doesn’t get to me like it seems to get to other people. I don’t mind the creation engine. Its served Bethesda well and say what you will, but…
The draw distance is the only major difference I see with regards to graphics on PC compared to consoles. The PS4 and Xbox One look identical, as to be expected.
I don’t think she was any better than Mark Meer. I think they’re both good.
I didn’t even know they ditched the campaign for Black Ops 3 on 360 and PS3. That is weird, but I guess it makes sense. Still, feels like a large chunk of the game would be missing. I hope they’re not charging the same price for the last gen versions at least. Seems like 60 dollars would be unreasonable for a version…
Fair enough, guess I was thinking in terms of games in general. Like Dragon Age Inquisition had no reason to stay on the 360 and PS3. Hell, after their first DLC pack they ditched the old consoles going forward. I guess I hadn’t considered the casual gamer aspect of CoD.
Its like looking at the game on high and low. Hell, the 360 version of Black Ops 3 kind of looks worse than Black Ops 2. I feel like the last gen versions of these games really don’t need to exist, either. The Xbox One and PS4 have sold enough that Activision doesn’t need to keep supporting outdated hardware.
That’s kind of weird. I wonder if it has anything to do with all those leaks I’ve been hearing about?
Right? How can people look at this and complain about the graphics? Its not hyper realistic or the best thing out there but its got WAY more style than most games. I’d much rather a game that looks interesting than one that looks realistic. Its the difference between Bioshock Infinite and Battlefield 4. One looks…
I think this was my favorite part of the entire DLC. A great story, awesome spooky atmosphere that really complimented my halloweeny spirit and the black cat and dog were really cool.
I played it recently after it was on sale on Steam. I think the reason I disliked it so much was because of how radically different it was to the previous two games. Its less about mining resurces and more about procuring supply lines through trade routes. You don’t individually create units, you get them in bulk like…
I have a feeling it was both wasting money and Konami being jerks. Honestly, feels like MGSV really didn’t need to be open world. I mean, there is SO MUCH empty space in that game where you have to just walk for hours before you get to your objective after the same old helicopter ride. I once heard that video games…
Didn’t say it made sense or that it was healthy. Its just a thing I had to do.
