When I saw it everyone in the theatre started laughing during the final scene. I get that it’s how the book ended but it was hilarious.

Same here. When she not only started laughing at her own jokes but also repeating them and waiting for a repeat laugh from the audience I threw in the towel. Plus: Tom Cruise.

Oprah went off the boil a long time ago, at least for me. Yeah, yeah, I get that she’s achieved a lot and blah blah blah, but I really find her irritating as hell and she’s a total ass-kisser when it comes to celebs and those with power.

As someone who went to private school I can tell you that there are sadistic teachers everywhere, who are seemingly determined to break the spirit of their pupils. I always figure it’s because of their own unrealised dreams. Go be you and GO EXCEL. That will learn ‘em and then some. Sweet sweet revenge is kicking ass.

So they trotted out the downtrodden wife, thereby keeping her close and thus controllable, and the thirsty one and her gummy sister are carrying on the family tradition of playing it up for the cameras.

Yep, that’s the sort of stuff I was thinking of, as well as the garden variety nuns who beat the crap out of students. George Carlin joked a lot about the nuns but it was clear that they were somewhat sadistic.

While the life of nuns behind the walls of convents might not have been widely known about I have heard stories for years and years about how vile nuns were as teachers and to girls who ended up in their care for various reasons.

Katy and PMK? Satan most definitely had something to do with this.

Did they? I just remember thinking she was lucky to get away. And to be honest, I never really thought much of her but knew no one needs an asshole like that in their life.

We share some friends still but because I blocked him he will never show up on my timeline, even comments he makes or if he likes something. It’s pretty great.

I was about to write something similar. Not a big fan but I kind of love how she embraces her diva.

That happens to me on linkedin. My ex husband pops up fairly regularly as a suggestion, now his current girlfriend is popping up, along with some of her friends. The only thing I like about it is seeing that he’s getting increasingly portly and bald, and she looks like the life’s been drained out of her. :)

Eh, I knocked my ex off FB, then blocked him and haven’t seen one mention of him since. It’s been fabulous, I tell ya!
