I know someone (or used to know) who says she never farts. Ever. And has never farted in front of anyone in her life. I always refrained from lighting a match around her because I figured she was ready to blow at any second.

She is so completely uninteresting.

Nothing wrong with being a good business woman. It’s one of the things I liked about her. The stories about her being a nightmare I like less. And it seems everyone who ever met her has one.

I was thinking that but then I realised that this is about their marriage? And she was notoriously NOT fun behind the scenes, so perhaps this is good casting.

It might have something to do with her general attitude, which is that she is a superior being and the rest of the world is not. That’s how she comes across with her regular tone deaf comments but hey, she may be a lovely person. She should just think before opening her gob.

Your mom is smart. I have a couple of pieces I bought when I was more flush and they cost a lot but they’re in great condition and I wear them all the time. The crap I buy at places like H&M fall apart quickly, so if I’m ever flush again I think I’ll go back to buying a few pricey items and make them work forever.

Yes, she was talking about her own situation but then went on to say that if you dress provocatively then you need to own what happens as a result, as opposed to someone who is modestly dressed and raped.
