Brokeback Forest
Folks, sometimes this show manages to come up with a brilliant idea. That whole 'suits of armor in the lake assembling over and over again to protect the magical whoozit' was practically Gaimanesque.
I'm charmed by the show, but yeah, the grade was generous. I think it was for the potential the reviewer saw.
Yeah Liv mentioned Gilda's name re: new roomie. Not sure if that's her real name or not.
I think we all want a follow up episode on this one.
And do they really expect to put Liv on the stand?
Like Scully's Pomeranian.
Plus the mean old man apparently stole his dog! I'm siding with the killer.
This reminded me of the Veronica Mars episode where the strange girl's dog was missing. I'm a crazy dog owner so this one got me.
They featured her so much I wondered if she was really a zombie and responsible for the origin of the disease. I suppose since she was in the room with Major and his zombie sense didn't go off, that's not likely the case, but she seems more significant than just Liv's spy roommate.
He's at home, washing his…
Sorry, wrong show.
I'm calling it:
Season two > season four > season one > season three.
No, the only pic of Ollie the police or the news have is that demon one from pre-island.
Season Five flashbacks:
When is a twin not a twin? When it's a triplet!
I did like it, I thought it was ambitious, and I'm proud of the show for trying something different. It's also consistent with one of the shows it is influenced by.
Now, that's not to say they couldn't fuck it up.
Ripping off Bond? Now that's just laz(enb)y
That's exactly what I want. Keep them together, no drama. I doubt the CW can resist though.
Maybe Oliver and Anatoly find the Bratva Hatch in the ground?
Yeah it seems like the comic book canon set them up with a backup plan. I wonder if they tried to keep that in mind when casting Wally, that potentially this actor could lead the show if Grant ever moved on (or got sucked into the Speed Force).
Yeah what I appreciated about it was that it was a happy accident of the two characters in the same spot emotionally, and the actors played it but kept it subtle. I think the show didn't exploit it because it was unintentional. It's probably better to keep it that way, lest it become another Olicity.
