His approach must be the same as Evangeline Lilly in Lost. She could carry off the emotional beats by basically saying "I don't know about any of this crazy stuff, but I know how a person should feel in a crazy situation". Joe nails it every time

The EP said Robbie Amell was written out due to his burgeoning movie career. At best, it might be once or twice a season guest star thing. If his movie career fizzles, expect him likely to come back as a regular in some future season.

I took it to mean Arrow (season two) is artful and the Flash is deeply felt. Both these things are true.
