That was kinda my opinion. I don't think its a cautionary tale about kickstarter so much as it was about planning ahead and making sure that you are really ready to build a game. As much as we would love to ignore the money problems and just build a game, its not possible and you NEED to plan ahead.

I don't mind that, because im still funding an idea that i enjoy and want to see made. Anything that can help influence the build up of smaller titles i fully support. So the publisher might get a cut of it, yeah its not ideal, but we cant have a revolution over night.

Ah thanks, i just didnt want to spend 700 bucks on something when i knew there was something wrong with it...

This kinda saddens me, because i was looking at buying a prime soon and now im kinda put off by it. Even if i didn't use it for GPS all the time, it would have been a nice feature to have especially since the GPS on my phone eats through battery like none other...

Games will always be the price people are willing to pay for them. Nothing the distributors or the publishers can do will change that. If you aren't willing to pay full price for a game wait a while for it to drop on a sale just like any other thing you want to buy.

Like i said... iPhones seem more prone to breaking with their styling. Ive dropped my phone countless times, a few of them were the screen landed down first, and i don't have anything other than a small part around the edge on one side that lost a bit of its black paint.
