OF COURSE they eject Peppy but put the Droogs in there. Haven’t you heard? The movie industry is now controlled by whoever shouts the loudest on social media. Just ask Sonic and Zack Synder.

The fact that Bay is not directing DOES give me hope that we won’t see some new version of the Ebonics-talking twins from his take on the franchise.
The giant robot that is also a dinosaur that is somehow also a car.
Found her!
No takers here.
I’ve read a couple of articles on this by now, and I’m still struggling to understand how a series that had a green skinned hyper intelligent chimp and a FABULOUS version of Satan as villains could ever successfully pull off “gritty”.
Nowadays, transformation is just something they DO. Back on their homeworld they transformed into vehicles that bear only a slight resemblance to earth vehicles. Check out the first 5 minutes of the Bumblebee movie to see what I mean. They can scan machines (sometimes animals but let's not get into that right now) to…
In the original series, a shock from a geological event caused the main computer of the Transformers' crashed ship to boot up after millions of years. The computer went about trying to repair the bots on board but it's database was damaged. To fill in the gaps in its database it scanned the lifeforms of the planet.…
I liked the Bumblebee movie too. For starters, I could actually tell which bot each of the characters were without having to be told. Also, embracing bright colors in the bots’ design helps prevent them from blurring together when they fought.
I think the Resident Evil films were the worst movies I've ever loved.
This is why I roll my eyes when certain people say they want more “nuanced” depictions of the police in media. “Nuance” hasn’t been a viable part of “the discourse” since 2000 (if not longer). People on the Left don't want "nuance". They want police to be depicted as The Bad Guys. Period.
Late night talk shows have been using a similar technique to the one South Park used on Scientology for years. Most of John Steward’s bit was simply reading Republican quotes in an incredulous tone of voice.
HIM would simultaneously be the best and worst fit for this. On one hand, the girls' most terrifying foe would be perfect fit for a dark gritty reboot. On the other claw, HIS innate fabulousness would clash with the self-serious tone.
It seems the 90s have come around again, because it's dark gritty reboots for everyone! Who knows, maybe it will actually work this time? Can't wait to see the Powerpuff Girls team up with Spawn.
Or you could just watch Umbrella Academy and leave the girls in their own bright, whimsical world.
“Son, WHAT are you watching and WHAT are those two ladies on the screen doing to each other?!”
EVERYONE has encountered at least one character that makes them say, "I'm not a furry, but-"
They also got crossed over with MLP.
How very AAA-Dev. In the original FF7, you had preform certain actions in-game if you wanted to recruit Yuffie.
Yeah, I can’t help but notice she offered the reward for info on the person who took her dogs, and not for shooting the person who was walking them.
