Given the Russos’ track record, I think they understand when to use spectacle to forward the narrative and when to exercise restraint. I wouldn’t say the same of Zach Snyder. I think we’ll see a lot more carnage and car-nage in BvS. The wounds in Civil War won’t be as plentiful, but a hell of a lot deeper.
