If the woman did not give the officer consent then it would be treated as an unborn child I would guess. Even if she was on her way to get an abortion she did not consent to that person performing the abortion so it would be treated as an unborn child rather than a mass of non-living cells.

I would guess it won’t lead to decreased lifespan because the processors are designed to work within a certain temperature range and will slow down, or throttle, when they reach a limit. If the higher temps cause the processor to reach thermal limits then it will be forced to throttle down in order to cool down and…
