Well, TBF Nick Foles is an NFL quarterback, which means he’s a dope who’s easily fooled by pseudoscience, as well as a dorky dad who is hopelessly behind the times.

Yeah but doesn’t Foles also believe there’s like one OMNIPOTENT being that created everything and rules over us and has a white son or something? And is like totally jealous, etc.? I mean, I would probably take what Foles believes with a giant grain of salt.
Goddamn, Bulletproof coffee is still a thing? Isn’t that fad, like, years past its shelf-life by now? Something about the smugness of the name (see also: Impossible burger) has always set my teeth on edge.
These phony articles about people hawking expensive coffee are a travesty. Especially when you realize you can just drink Maxwell House. Maxwell House, when you don’t give a fuck what the vessel for your caffeine addiction tastes like, Maxwell House. Five gallon drums now available at Costco.
So WHAT? they could pay off every family of ever NFL veteran living or dead AND IT WOULD BE A FUCKING ROUNDING ERROR.
He could make it to the Supreme Court... if he likes beer. Apparently that is a crucial component of the personality profile.
“He is clearly a candidate for not just college but probably for a good college,” Troiano reportedly said. According to the Times”
I just want to burn it all the fuck down.
It’s a lot like how the GOP treats veterans.
The NFL made 8 Billion in revenue last year. That they won’t give even 5 million (That seems fair, idk how much settlements of this nature usually are) to the family of one of the most revered quarterbacks in league history shows how evil they are.
Because the NFL is a monsterous organization that would rather attempt to silence the loved ones of deceased players to protect their bottom line than eat into their profits to provide proper healthcare for their crippled greats
I was trying to figure if it was an MCU reference I wasn’t getting.
It is completely bananas how much we pay for college. I went to community college for the first 2 years of undergrad in the late 90's/early aughts and thankfully that cost me less about $1,000 a semester. I could barely afford that. I had to work full time to pay tuition and rent but I lived in a relatively low cost…
People that think like that drive me nuts. I’m 39 and have paid off my student loans. It sucked, and of course I would have preferred to spend that money on other things. But I don’t want the next generation to have to go into debt simply because I did. If everyone thought that way, society would never progress even…
Sure, but he USED brown women to be easy laughs - the butts of the joke, caricatures. Kind of shitty if you ask me. Love whoever you want. But don’t make your jokes at the expense of someone else (in this case South Asian women), completely belittling and trivializing them. Poking fun at their accent and/or culture.…
This type of interracial true story is told over and over again, though. Black and white, Asian and white, etc. The message is always the same: The women who look like you are not as big of a prize as the white women.
I think you’re missing the point. The point isn’t that Kumail ended up with a white person. The point is that any love interest of his that also happens to brown is portrayed as a one-dimensional cartoon.
As a Pakistani woman myself, I can give this movie a pass for that reason. But either way, I’m tired of seeing brown love interests in American media being passed up for white love interests, mostly because they are portrayed as one-sided caricatures. It’s the same problem I have with Mindy Kaling’s show.
" I fucked a black man!" -Roger Goodell-
So you never had the feeling she felt bad about having sex with a black guy?
