yeah they do still come on run flats, at least my X4 with the B58 did/does. I just put 19" winters on it with Yokohamas, ride is softer. You can also adjust the suspension if you have the adaptive suspension option (I can’t really tell the difference but apparently in Comfort mode it’s was softer)
