I honestly think almost every male villain from that era of Disney is gay. Scar, Jafar, Governor Ratcliffe, Hades...all pretty flamboyant in their own ways. The only one I’d say who probably isn’t is what’s-his-face from Mulan.

I like her too. She doesn’t seem to take herself too seriously, and I respect how far she’s come since her crazy religious upbringing. Plus, Rihanna likes her, so...she can’t be all bad.

Poor Marisa Tomei! My Cousin Vinny is fantastic and she’s amazing in it. Not to mention she’s turned in multitudes of great performances since then.

It’s kind of weird. I didn’t love La La Land (I liked it well enough, didn’t love it) and thought Moonlight absolutely deserved their win, but why are we constantly shitting on LLL? Two movies can exist and both have their merits. Just because someone liked LLL, it doesn’t take anything away from Moonlight.

My only solace is that Lin is so young and so genius that he’ll absolutely EGOT - there’s no chance it WON’T happen for him at some point.

I stopped watching this garbage show after Scarlett’s 38th nervous breakdown, but the minute I read this news I instantly knew it was because Connie was dying (no pun intended) to GTFO. I’m glad she’s free now.

I think they are pretty woke. I always think of the manifestos episode when they’re talking about Elliot Rodger and go on that awesome rant...I remember one of the lines being “If women are repulsed by you, the problem is YOU.”

I love Last Podcast! They can get kind of douchey sometimes (although it’s definitely all in good fun), but can also be super hilarious. And Marcus Parks REALLY knows his shit.

I ran into this too...I’m a huge true crime nerd, but they’re too frenetic and, frankly, annoying for me. Plus they get their facts wrong ALL the time. I’m a big fan of Generation Why and Last Podcast on the Left, though.
