Same as others who replied. I have a GTX 780ti and 16gigs of ram. I run more than 255 mods (I use TES5edit to merge plugins to get more mods in my list) and I use Project ENB with Climates of Tamriel and I still have 50+ FPS. You may not have your VRAM configured correctly in the enblocal file of your setup.
