Yeah, the “groomer” crowd sure is silent on the whole “creepy, sexual messages to underage girls” thing.

Good news, folks! The guy who creeped on underage girls and sent an unsolicited DM to a woman asking her to “write a song about 9 Dick’s [sic] of different sized and ethnic origins hanging above [her] face, and then in the lyrics describe how they each splatter [her] with semen” beat the rap!
Justin’s not gonna f*ck you buddy. Go white knight some other damsel in distress.
There’s DM creep proof, keep him fired, sounds like he was barely involved and was a terrible person anyway. Rick and Morty should hang a lampshade on it and say they’ve finally fixed their voices and got over a multiverse cold for the last 6 years
I think this shows Joss Whedon was smart for being nice to some people who could then say “well, he was always nice to me” rather than just pissing everyone off.
Maybe people just like what they like
I wish people would stop worrying about what movies other people like. If people liking stuff like The Room takes some of the joy of movies away from you, that's some sad shit
After years of only being familiar with it through other media, I finally watched The Room in its entirety a few years ago. The thing that struck me the most about watching the whole movie is how mundane the dialogue is. I think it’s weirdly impressive to accidentally make cinematic gold out of such mundane lines as “P…
I’m an atheist myself and am naturally suspicious of the motives of any self-declared “man of God”, but really, for the past twenty or thirty years, it would be more of a twist for a preacher in a movie or TV show to actually be a good guy given that the default is that they are a crook and/or a pedophile.
The most terrifying monster yet?
Hell 40, 60, 500 times, however many she requires for her art.
Look, we would all love for Emma Stone to slap the shit out of us
“who the hell is itching for an adult animated comedy set in Ancient Greece?”
Agreed on the NFT thing, but I’m down for animated comedies that aren’t “it’s another American family, but (X) causes wacky shenanigan’s” for the 8000000000th time. Will this suck? Sure, probably. But I’m absolutely down for shows trying to at least be somewhat more interesting.
Agreed. Toy Story 2 is definitely my favorite of the set.
I would have a lot of trouble putting Temple of Doom above Last Crusade in any ranking, although Last Crusade has nothing on the mine cart chase.
It did give us the central plot element for Office Space.
I understand this is the worst kind of heresy but: Batman and Robin is not a bad movie. Like, I hated it the first time I saw it because I went into it wanting more Tim Burton grimdarkness or more of the vaguely cyberpunkiness of Batman Forever. Instead we got a lavish, impossibly high-budget tribute to the Adam West…
